He is a Graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Richmond University in Florence, Italy. He serves on several non-profit boards supporting adults and children with special needs. He is also an officer of the Grand Lodge of RI Free and Accepted Masons.

Matt has been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade, having worked for Citizens Bank and First Republic Bank as a commercial real estate underwriter before launching Axilon Capital Partners. Axilon is a multifamily real estate investment firm active in metro Boston. Matt previously served on the young professionals’ boards of the educational non-profit Jumpstart and The MFA Boston.

Todd’s dynamic career spans commercial real estate, development, property management, international recycling export, and commercial cleaning and restoration services. Todd is a principal of Lornell Company, a multi-service real estate firm based in Central Massachusetts. His extensive retail tenant rep experience includes Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Pier 1 Imports, Michaels Stores, and more. He is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Todd graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.

DARNELL DUNN

Darnell spent almost a decade in Ecuador providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to real estate clients from North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to relocating to Ecuador, Darnell worked in a series of sales and marketing and investment roles at Putnam Investments, an institutional investment manager. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

He resides and self-manages a growing real estate portfolio in the city of Worcester.

Yangyang has a decade of experience in the real estate industry. This includes roles at Vanke, China’s largest real estate developer, and Sino-Ocean Group, a vertically-integrated real estate developer. Yangyang was responsible for marketing and sales promotion, customer relations, and crisis communication. She graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a master’s degree in Real Estate Management, and most recently from Boston University with a master's degree in Business Analytics. Yangyang is bilingual in English and Chinese.
